Dive into our evening events, where Thursday kicks off with our Climbing Participant Mix and Mingler, a lively gathering open to all climbing participants with light bites, drinks, goodie bags, and a chance to meet the athletes & guides facilitating the weekend.
If you are participating in clinics this weekend, your entry to all evening programming is included.
On Friday, join us for a special Film Night and panel discussion at the famed Tahoe Art Haus, featuring queer films and panelists from the climbing community.
Then, on Saturday night, join us for Queer Prom: a celebratory evening in partnership with Truckee Pride featuring a Happy Hour, captivating DJ line-up, and a few surprises thrown in. Get your dancing shoes ready!
Public transportation, taxis, and rideshares are hard to come by in Truckee, especially at night. If you do plan on being out late Friday and Saturday nights, and are not staying in Downtown Truckee or within walking distance to your accommodations, we highly recommend coordinating your get-home travel beforehand.

Truckee Pride is a grass-roots volunteer-run organization working to make everyone feel welcomed and at home in the mountains. They live and play in the incredible landscape of the Sierra Nevada. Historically, rural towns and outdoor spaces haven't always been accepting of the queer community, and they are working to make sure that regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race and lifestyle, everybody feels safe, supported and welcome in the Truckee area.
Truckee Tahoe Pride Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit.
When there always seems to be a tornado of obligation surrounding us, how do we commit to the moment and connect to the magic of now?
Motherhood, guiding, her own counseling practice—professional climber Julia Niles has danced between responsibilities for years. Lured by her friend, pro athlete Em Pellerin, to go climb the big walls of Cochamó Valley, Chile, Julia relearns what it means to thrive. High off the deck, tied together, every action becomes a powerful reminder to slow down and embrace the present. And the experience becomes the fuel for what’s to come.

Music: 7:00pm-12:00am
Forget everything you remember about prom. Arc'teryx Truckee and Truckee Pride are doing it better.

Tuxes. Dresses. Corsages. All of it or most of it, we hope you come with some of it.
Show up. Dress up. Dance it out.

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, ThunderBunny is often described as a “choose your own adventure” and an ear for the unexpected.

DJ Wufky (He/Him/Howl) is your favorite gay furry paraplegerino hype master, slinging high-BPM chaos and euphoric floor-fillers with zero chill and maximum heart. Specializing in hardstyle, and house, Wufky has been tearing up dancefloors with a signature blend of queer joy, rave resilience, and unapologetic furry flair.
For the past three years, they’ve held down a legendary residency running a furry night at their local gay bar—turning it into a safe, sparkly haven where beats bang, tails wag, and every body belongs. Whether it’s a convention party, rave, or pride event, Wufky brings the heat, the hype, and the howl.
