DANZA PAESAGGI

A non-linear live audiovisual performance re-interpreted by Katatonic Silentio (live) and VJ Tharim Cornelisse, born from the Danza Paesaggi residency in the mountains of Piedmont.

Danza, dance. Paesaggi, landscape. The project shifts the focus towards a relationship with the land where the landscape itself becomes a living participant within a fleeting dance. Everything feels alive, existing in symbiotic relation to one another.

Eight snowboarders explore riding as an artistic and embodied practice. Their movements are captured, fragmented and reinterpreted through photography, film, sound, sculpture and visual art. Transforming an individual experience into a collective act of creation.

Across every practice, intuition takes the lead. Rather than overthinking or trying to control the outcome, we let go, listen and trust a deeper guidance.
