ASL interpreters will be present for all spoken portions of the evening.

The experience will take approximately 2 hours from arrival to departure. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your ticket time.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?


Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your ticket time.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD WE ALLOW FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE?


Guests should plan to spend about 2 hours to enjoy the full experience.

 

We recommend allowing roughly 45 minutes to explore the 4 immersive rooms beforehand, followed by a 45-minute film screening. This ensures time to take in all aspects of the event without feeling rushed.

WHERE CAN I PARK?


There is no onsite parking at the venue.

Limited metered street parking is available nearby, along with several public parking structures within walking distance:

- 520 Broadway
- 1636 5th Street
- 350 Broadway
- 1411 Lincoln Blvd

HOW DO I GET THERE BY BUS OR METRO?


By Metro E Line (Expo Line):
Take the Metro E Line (Expo) toward Downtown Santa Monica.
Exit at the Downtown Santa Monica Station (final stop).
From the station, it's a 5 minute walk. Exit the station, go east on Colorado Ave.

Entrance to event is at Colorado Ave and Lincoln Blvd.


By Metro Bus:
Closest stops: Lincoln SB & Santa Monica Ns; Santa Monica / Lincoln; Santa Monica EB & 6th Ns; Santa Monica WB & 11th FS, Downtown Santa Monica Station


By Big Blue Bus:

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?


No, you don’t need to print your ticket. Show your QR code ticket in your confirmation email to our staff on your mobile device upon arrival.

WHAT CAN I BRING?


Access is allowed with small bags that carry personal belongings and small backpacks. Luggage and large backpacks are not allowed and cannot be checked. Please leave these items at home.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES INSIDE?


Yes, photos for non-commercial use are allowed and we encourage you to share them.
Note that tripods and flashes are prohibited.

Will there be screening with hearing-accessible features?


Yes! We’re committed to making our event accessible.
